A unique grilled cheese sandwich (pictured), a trio of tacos, and a Heluka pork chop are just three of the new entrees debuting this week on the new spring menu at Chandler gastropub Nosh Arizona.
This time, the seasonal seasonal changes run deep: Six of the seven bruschetta options, all six entree, and five of the six pizzettes are new.
Nosh Arizona’s spring menu entrees:
- Grilled Cheese: With pear, bacon, brie, and balsamic caramelized onions ($14)
- Pappardelle: Housemade pasta with prosciutto, brussels sprouts, and white wine sauce ($15)
- Long Island Duck: Pan-seared and served in a apricot-Szechuan peppercorn sauce with polenta cake ($19)
- Elk Shank: Whiskey-braised over creamy bacon grits and accompanied by lingonberry jam ($19)
- Taro Taco Trio: Ginger-cilantro shrimp, pulled pork with roasted pepper salsa, and chimi vegetable ($16)
- Heluka Pork Calvados: French-boned pork chop in apple cream sauce with sauteed spinach ($20)
