Cheddar’s Casual Cafe, a Texas-based chain founded in 1979, made its Arizona debut this week on the northeast corner of the 101 and Chandler Boulevard in Chandler.
The location formerly was home to Redfish Cajun Grill, although Cheddar’s demolished the building and built a new one.
Voted the nation’s No. 1 full-service restaurant chain by Zagat in 2012, Cheddar’s serves steaks, chicken, seafood, burgers, salads and desserts. See the menu here.
Cheddar’s is open 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-midnight Friday-Saturday, and 10:30 a.m.-11 p.m. Sunday.
