Original Chopshop Company opened its third Valley location today in the former Kokopelli Winery & Bistro building on Boston Streetin downtown Chandler. The health-focused fast-casual eatery offers seven chopped salads ($7), eight sandwiches ($7-$10), and four protein plates ($7-$10) for lunch and dinner.
