Serrano’s Mexican Restaurants close location at Dobson & Guadalupe

Chandler-based Serrano’s Mexican Restaurants has closed its location on the southeast corner of Dobson and Guadalupe in south Mesa.

The family-owned chain, which launched in 1979, says it decided not to renew its lease. The Mesa location opened in 1994 and was the chain’s fourth at the time.

Employees at the closed restaurant are being transferred to one of the chain’s six other East Valley locations.
