Silk True Asian opens today in the former Blu Burger Grille building on the northeast corner of Alma School and Chandler Heights in south Chandler.
The independent restaurant offers what it calls “rich, healthy and colorful foods from Thailand, Vietnam and China.” Lunch specials start at $7.99.
Silk True Asian has a patio and a liquor license to sell beer and wine.
Hours are 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday-Saturday for lunch, and 4-9 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 5-9:30 p.m. Friday-Saturday for dinner.
