Boulder on Broadway in Tempe will host a Grand Canyon Brewing Southwest Beer Dinner at 7 p.m. Friday, May 30.
Beer dinner menu
- 1st course: Smoked salmon corn cake with cascabel avocado aioli (Paired with Horseshoe Bend Pale Ale)
- 2nd course: Cucumber planks with lump crab meat, spiced jicama and topped with an orange cognac reduction sauce. (Paired with Raspberry Wheat Ale)
- 3rd course: Pulled pork enchiladas with cotija cheese and a freshly prepared cream sauce with hints of white chocolate, bacon, and fire-roasted jalapenos. Served with a side of roasted corn quinoa. (Paired with Black Iron IPA)
- 4th course: A light and airy Madeline cookie filled with caramel sauce and topped with toasted hazelnuts complimented with a touch of fluffy, vanilla-hazelnut whipped cream. (Paired with Shaggy Bock)
