The Arizona Restaurant Association unveiled its second annual Foodist Awards winners tonight at the Montelucia Scottsdale. The awards “honor the culinary minds that have helped shape Arizona’s vast culinary landscape.” Craig DeMarco and Lauren Bailey, the pair behind Postino and
