Downtown Chandler will host its annual Cinco de Mayo celebration from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday in the Chandler Public Library Courtyard.
The free event will feature food and drink, entertainment, health fair, and chihuahua races, which will start at 2 p.m.
New this year will be a SanTan Brewing beer garden from noon-5 p.m.
Race registration starts at noon and is open to the first 150 dogs. The cost is $20 per dog.
