Spanish Wine Dinner menu
- 1st course:Â Grilled prawns with heirloom tomato gazpacho salad, paired with Ramon Bilbao, Albarino, Spain
- 2nd course: Spanish paprika-braised chicken with olives and saffron rice, paired with Volteo, Tempranillo, Spain
- 3rd course: Flan, paired with Liqueur 43, Spain
