In the past month, East Valley restaurants have hosted beer and cheese pairings, beer and doughnut pairings, and beer and street taco pairings.
Now, it’s time for beer and ice cream pairings.
The latest is courtesy of Gilbert’s House of Brews, which is hosting Beer & Ice Cream Socials at 2 p.m. on the second Sunday of the month throughout the summer. (That’s this Sunday.)
For $14, you get four made-from-scratch ice creams paired with four Sierra Nevada beers. The featured brewery will change monthly.
Beers and ice cream flavors have not been announced yet.
