Last month, MXSW reported health-focused cafe Nourish had closed its original Scottsdale location and was moving to Tempe.
Now we know where the location will be: On the campus of the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine at 101 and Broadway.
Nourish, which offers in vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes, will be open to the public for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday through Saturday.
The new location will have an in-house herb and small veggie garden, as well as a separate demo kitchen for cooking classes.
The target opening is October. Until then, you can visit their recently opened location in Gilbert.
