Ever wanted to learn how to make your own pasta? This month, Zappone’s Italian Bistro is offering a pair of classes.
At noon Saturday, June 21, chef-owner Sal Zappone will show you how to make not only homemade pasta, but also four classic sauces – a basic tomato, alfredo, pesto, and Marsala – and tiramisu for dessert.
The following Saturday, June 28, the class will be repeated.
The class is $35 plus 18% gratuity. Recipes are included. Reservations are required. Call 480-218-2338.
