The original Someburros on the southeast corner of Mill and Baseline in Tempe will close Sunday for 11 days of renovations.
The fast-casual Mexican restaurant, which has been at the location for 28 years, will re-open Thursday, June 26.
During the work, diners still can enjoy a Pollo Fundido burrito (pictured) at the Someburros at Chandler Fashion Center location or one of the two in Gilbert.
