Tonight is the start of Cork‘s final week, and the Chandler fine-dining restaurant is cleaning out its pantry.
It’s bringing back its popular “Pilfer the Pantry” special – five spontaneous courses (created on chef Brian Peterson’s whim with ingredients at hand) for $50 – through Saturday.
Cork also is offering 25 percent off any bottle of wine that’s $150 or more.
For the past six years, Cork has been recognized as one of the top restaurants in the entire Valley. When it goes on its annual summer hiatus after Saturday, though, it will undergo extensive remodeling and a rebranding.
It will reopen as a more casual concept, Earnest, on July 16.
