Manuel’s Mexican Restaurants celebrates its 50th anniversary Friday, so the local chain is offering 50% off more than 50 menu items.
Golden Margaritas will be $5. Prizes will be given away all day at each location with guests having a chance to win a $50 gift card.
Manuel and Alice Salaza opened the original Manuel’s at 32nd Street and Indian School in 1964.
Three generations of their family now have seven locations, including one in the East Valley on the northeast corner of Price and Southern in Tempe.
