Ahwatukee gets a jump on Fourth of July tonight with its annual Red White & Boom festival, and one of favorite spots for residents to watch the 9 p.m. fireworks is from the patio at My Wine Cellar next door.

MWC chef Sarah Baer has come up with a special menu for this evening:

Entrees (include side and muffin)
Hot link chili dog with cheddar cheese and red onion ($10)
Pulled pork sandwich with housemade apple coleslaw ($12)
Smoked beef brisket sandwich with fried onion rings ($14)
New England-style BBQ crab cakes ($14)

Sides
Chilled cucumber salad
Chef Sarah’s mac ’n’ cheese
Creamy potato salad
Root beer baked beans

Desserts
Peach cobbler
Brownie sundae
Frozen fruit salad
