House of Brews in Gilbert will host a five-course Grand Canyon Brewing dinner at 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 15. Tickets are $40.

- Rocky Mountain Oysters: Local bull balls marinated, breaded, and deep-fried (paired with Shaggy Bock)
- Clams Casino: Clams on the half shell with bread-crumb stuffing with garlic and bacon (Sacred Saguaro lager)Â
- Sweet Breads:Â Poached sweet breads with field greens and berry compote (Raspberry Wheat)
- Elk Ossobuco: Bone-in elk shank with gremolata and risotto (Black Iron IPA)
- Secret 5th Course (Starry Night Stout)
