July 15: Grand Canyon beer dinner at House of Brews

House of Brews in Gilbert will host a five-course Grand Canyon Brewing dinner at 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 15. Tickets are $40.

Grand Canyon beer dinner menu:

• Rocky Mountain Oysters: Local bull balls marinated, breaded, and deep-fried (paired with Shaggy Bock)
• Clams Casino: Clams on the half shell with bread-crumb stuffing with garlic and bacon (Sacred Saguaro lager) 
• Sweet Breads: Poached sweet breads with field greens and berry compote (Raspberry Wheat)
• Elk Ossobuco: Bone-in elk shank with gremolata and risotto (Black Iron IPA)
• Secret 5th Course (Starry Night Stout)
