Someburros, a family-run fast-casual Mexican restaurant chain, celebrates its 28th birthday with $5 Pollo Fundido specials at all five Valley locations.
One of its signature burros, the Pollo Fundido features marinated chicken wrapped in a flour tortilla, then deep-fried and topped with jalapeño cream cheese, grated cheddar, and green onions. It normally sells for $8.50.
In the Mexican tradition, no birthday is complete with piñatas. So Someburros has filled some with shwag, gift cards, and other surprises, and is hanging them around the Valley this week.
