Snooze, an A.M. Eatery – a Denver-based chain of breakfast restaurants – is doubling down on the East Valley. Besides opening a location in downtown Gilbert this fall (see story), it now plans to add another at ASU.
The Tempe location, located next to the soon-to-open Postino in the Art Annex Building at College Avenue and Sixth Street, is expected to open before the end of the year.
Snooze’s menu offers nine kinds of pancakes (including a Pancake of the Day), six types of eggs Benedict, and other creative dishes like breakfast tacos, a breakfast pot pie, and a Green Eggs and Hamwich.
