Recently remodeled Fired Up Grill in Chandler will host a four-course beer dinner at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 15. The menu:
- 1st course: Thai chicken tempura bites (paired with Scuttlebutt Brewing Golden Mariner pale ale)
- 2nd course:Â Arugula salad with slivered almonds, fire-roasted tomato, pineapple, cucumber, and goat cheese finished with a grilled peach vinaigrette (Firestone Walker Opal dry hopped saison)
- 3rd course:Â Chile-smoked flat-iron pork steak over Southwestern quinoa finished with a mango habanero jam (Tenaya Creek Hop Ride IPA)
- 4th course:Â German chocolate cake (Tenaya Creek Hauling Oats oatmeal stout)
