And then there were three: Salad and Go launches another location in Gilbert

Proving East Valley diners are hungry for a healthy alternative to traditional fast food, Salad and Go has opened its third Gilbert location on the southeast corner of Higley and Williams Field.

The drive-through eateries were launched by Gilbert resident Roushan Cristofellis and her husband in February 2013 on the southeast corner of Gilbert and Guadalupe. They added a location at Cooper and Warner in March.

Salad and Go offers 10 gourmet salads – created by Bourbon Steak executive chef Daniel Patino – that also are available as wraps. All salads/wraps are $5.69, and you can add a protein for $1.39-$2.39.

Beverage choices include coffee from Bergies Coffee Roast House in Gilbert, cold-pressed juices, and super-food smoothies.

The new location is open 10:30 a.m.-9 p.m. every day. In a few weeks, it will add breakfast options and open at 6:30 a.m. weekdays, just like the other locations.
