An MXSW reader reminds me I’ve yet to mention Cogburn’s sports bar and grill in Gilbert opened a spinoff location last month on Power, south of Ray, in southeast Gilbert.
The original Cogburn’s opened in August 2011 in the former Payton’s Place sports bar on the southwest corner of Val Vista and Queen Creek.
Like the original, the new Mesa location features 22 beers on tap, 31 TVs, and weekly specials like 40-cent wings on Thursdays.
