House of Brews in Gilbert will tap a special limited-release beer, dubbed All Systems Gose, at 4 p.m. Wednesday.
The beer (4.5% ABV) was created at Sierra Nevada’s pro-am “Beer Camp” by House of Brews staffer Billie McGovern, among others.
Gose is a German-style ale characterized by lemon tartness and a strong saltiness, but very little hop bitterness.
