Zappone’s Italian Bistro to hold seafood & limoncello cooking class Saturday

Just four spots remain this morning in Saturday’s seafood cooking class at Zappone’s Italian Bistro in Gilbert.

Participants will learn to make five dishes: Mussels in red broth, Clams Casino, fried and sauteed calamari, bake whole branzino, and seafood fettucini (with plenty of samples).

As a bonus, you’ll also learn how to make limoncello.
