Wasatch Brewery, launched in 1986, was Utah’s first brewery. In 1988, it opened the state’s first brewpub, also in Park City. Its popular beers include Polygamy Porter and Raspberry Wheat.
Squatters Pub Brewery opened in Salt Lake City in 1989. It added a production brewery in 1994, an airport pub in 2000, and a Park City pub in 2006. It’s perhaps best known for its Hop Rising Double IPA.
