Yolis Cafe, the award-winning breakfast and lunch eatery near downtown Chandler, has closed for 10 days to expand its kitchen with four new burners and three more feet of griddle.
“We have been so swamped and people love our food so much our downfall is we can’t get it out fast enough,” says owner Rick Scott. “With two times the cooking space, wait times will be half and we will have the sought-after county potatoes on the weekends.”
Scott says the cafe also plans to add some new menu items.
Yolis is scheduled to reopen Friday, Oct. 17.
