Over Easy, the breakfast concept from chef Aaron May, will join previously announced Culinary Dropout, the Fox Restaurant Concepts gastropub, at The Yard near downtown Tempe, Fox announced today.
The Yard is a 14,000-square-foot complex – adjacent to the now-defunct The Sail Inn – in the Farmer Arts District west of Mill, near Farmer Avenue and Rio Salado.
Fox built a similar restaurant cluster, also known as The Yard, on Seventh Street in Phoenix.
Besides Over East and Culinary Dropout, The Yard Tempe will have a spin and yoga studio called The Madison and two private dining/event spaces known as The Showcase Room and The Coop.
It will be Over Easy’s fifth Valley location (including ones in Mesa and Gilbert) and Culinary Dropout’s third in the Valley (first in the East Valley).
The Yard Tempe is set to open Dec. 9.
