Burger 21, a new fast-casual concept from the Florida-based owners of The Melting Pot, opens at 11 a.m. today next to Whole Foods Market on the southeast corner of the 101 and Ray.
Burger 21 offers 21 chef-inspired burger creations, plus salads, hot dogs, and shakes (including a seasonal pumpkin pie shake).
It’s the chain’s second Arizona location; the other is in Scottsdale. The first 100 customers today will receive a free Burger 21 T-shirt.
Hours are 11 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday, and 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday.
