Tempe restaurant and craft beer bar Boulders on Broadway will hold its annual pancake-eating contest at 11 a.m. Saturday.
Contestants will try to devour a 12-inch pancake (made with Deschutes Obsidian Stout) as fast as they can. The top three finishers will earn gift certificates.
