The “official” grand opening of Stingray Sushi‘s new Chandler location is scheduled for next Thursday, Nov. 20.
But according to Stingray’s Facebook page, the stylish restaurant and lounge on the southeast corner of I-10 and Ray is open now for a weekend “sneak peek.”
Happy hour – featuring half-price apps, house maki, Kirin bombers, wine by the glass, and specialty cocktails – runs until 6:30 p.m.
Stingray also has locations in north Scottsdale and Phoenix. It recently closed its original 10-year-old location in Old Town Scottsdale.
