Mike Hess, founder of San Diego’s Mike Hess Brewing, will be the featured guest at a Thanksgiving eve beer and food pairing Wednesday at The Brass Tap in Mesa.
The pairing, which will run 6-8 p.m., will showcase four Hess beers paired with food catered by The Herb Box from Scottsdale.
Hess Beer & Food Pairings:
- Grazias Vienna cream ale with sweet potato chips dusted in sea salt and curry
- North Park IPA with pistachio-fennel cookies
- Magna Cucerbita pumpkin stout with ginger-molasses white chocolate biscotti
- Umbrix rye imperial stout with espresso-chocolate brownie layered with a chile fig paste
Tickets are $27 and can be purchase online.
