Tapacubo, a casual eatery offering Mexican street food, has opened at the new Graduate Hotel in Tempe.

The 141-room boutique hotel debuted in September, replacing the former Twin Palms Hotel and IHOP restaurant near Gammage Auditorium at Mill and Apache.

The Graduate has two eateries – the all-day Normal Diner, which opened about six weeks ago, and now Tapacubo.

Tapacubo’s small menu features six shareable appetizers, five kinds of tacos ($3 apiece), three tortas ($8), three sides ($2), and five desserts ($3).

Tapacubo is open 11 a.m.-2 a.m. daily.
