Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, a Denver-based chain of breakfast-and-lunch restaurants, opens its first East Valley location today on College and Sixth Street near downtown Tempe.
The 3,500-square-foot eatery joins the recently opened Postino in the revamped Art Annex building.
Snooze’s menu offers nine kinds of pancakes (including a Pancake of the Day), six types of eggs Benedict, and other creative dishes like breakfast tacos, a breakfast pot pie, and a Green Eggs and Hamwich.
The opening day Pancake of the Day is an ASU-themed sticky bun pancake with Arizona pecan crumble and spiced pumpkin cream sauce and prickly pear cranberry coulis (pictured).
Tempe hours are 6:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and 7 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Snooze’s second East Valley location will open in downtown Gilbert in summer 2015.
