Phoenix-based Fox Restaurant Concepts has sold its nine Sauce pizzerias in the Valley and Tucson, including locations in Chandler and Mesa.
The buyer is a group headed by Scott Kilpatrick, one of the original founders of Ra Sushi, which was launched in Scottsdale in 1997.
Prolific restaurateur Sam Fox still more than a dozen concepts under his corporate umbrella, including Zinburger, True Food Kitchen, Culinary Dropout, Wildflower, Olive & Ivy, and Flower Child.
