Beer and cheese pairings? Done. Beer and sausages? Done. Beer and chocolates? Done. Beer and doughnuts? Done.
But what about beer and S’mores?
That’s right. The Brass Tap at Mesa Riverview is hosting a special Stouts & S’mores pairing from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday.
Four different types of S’mores will be paired with four different stouts – all from Michigan’s Bell’s Brewery.
The Stouts & S’mores pairings:
- Fluffernutter S’more (chocolate graham cracker, peanut butter, and marshmallow) paired with Double Cream Stout.
- Salty Caramel Bacon S’more (graham cracker, chocolate with caramel, crisp bacon, and marshmallow) paired with Expedition Stout
- Cookies & Cream S’more (graham cracker, Hershey’s Cookies & Cream squares, and marshmallow) paired with Java Stout
- Triple Chocolate S’more (chocolate graham cracker, dark chocolate, chocolate marshmallow) paired with Cherry Stout
Try all four S’mores with 4-ounce samples of all four stouts – plus a 12-ounce glass of your favorite Bell’s stout – for $20.
