The five-course dinner will feature the California brewery’s new year-round beer, Nooner Pilsner, and its new spring seasonal, Hoppy Lager.
Sierra Nevada beer dinner menu:
- Course 1: Shrimp fritters with micro greens and a Nooner Pilsner red pepper lemon sauce. Paired with Nooner Pilsner.
- Course 2: Mussels salad with shallots, garlic, leeks, olives, tomato, and parm crisp with a mussel and Hoppy Lager broth vinaigrette. Paired with Hoppy Lager.
- Course 3: Moon fish, Torpedo IPA stir-fried vegetables, and wasabi lemon butter sauce. Paired with Torpedo IPA.
- Course 4: Ovila Abbey Quad-marinated prime beef medallions and asparagus with a red wine reduction. Paired with Ovila Abbey Quad.
- Course 5: Chocolate Decadance mousse cake with a Narwhal Imperial Stout sauce. Paired with Narwhal Imperial Stout.
