Soon-to-open Craft 64 in Old Town Scottsdale is holding a hiring fair on Wednesday

The wood-fired pizzeria is scheduled to open later this month on Main Street west of Goldwater, next to Old Town Tortilla Factory.

Partners in the restaurant and bar include Roger Carpenter and Josh Ivey from now-defunct Down Under and James Swann from Whole Foods Chandler.

Craft 64 will have 36 tap handles – all dedicated to Arizona beers – and a selection of bottled sours and Belgians, as well as a well-curated wine list.

The restaurant will hold a hiring fair from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Wednesday. Anyone interested in a position as a server, bus boys/bar back, cook, prep cooks, or host should apply in person at 6922 E.Main St.
