According to brewer Jeff Huss, the refreshing lemon-and-toasted-coconut beer was inspired by a dessert made by his wife’s grandmother.
Also on tap will be 21 Hour Sizzurp, a barrel-aged imperial stout with cocoa nibs, and Grapefruit IPA.
The stout is a collaboration with Adam Schmeichel from Scottsdale’s Fate Brewing, where it officially will be tapped Tuesday.
Huss Brewing‘s south Tempe taproom is open 3-8 p.m. today.
