The restaurant, which opened at 3 p.m. today, takes over the former Uncle Bear’s Bar & Grill on the northeast corner of Dobson and Germann.
CB&C debuted in north Scottsdale in 2011. A second location opened in Old Town Scottsdale in 2014, and another soon will open at 116th Street and Shea.
The signature menu item is the Arizona Burger, a half-pound burger with pepper Jack cheese, tomatillo salsa, pico de gallo, and green chile ($11).
Although burgers are the concept’s namesake, the menu also offers sandwiches, hot dogs, wings, and more.
Beer is available on draft – 40 taps – or in cans and bottles. Happy hour, which runs 3- 7 p.m. weekdays, includes $3 domestic and $4 local pints.
