If you’ve ever lived in Tucson, you undoubtedly know how crazy its residents are about Eegee’s, a local chain of two dozen sub shops.
In particular, people can’t seem to get enough of Eegee’s frozen fruit drinks, which come in four flavors – lemon, strawberry, piña colada, and skinny berry – as well as a flavor of the month (currently: lime).
There’s even a Facebook group dedicated to bringing an Eegee’s to Phoenix.
Until that day, Jimmy & Joe’s Pizzeria in Ahwatukee just joined the small but growing list of Valley restaurants where you at least can find Eegee’s drinks.
