Romeo’s Euro Cafe in Gilbert will hold its monthly “3rd Tuesday” dinner – in which the kitchen crew creates three new menu items and the waitstaff pairs them with three wines – at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

March 17 “3rd Tuesday” menu:

  • Koloshvary Kapusta: Cabbage roll stuffed with corned beef, onion, red pepper, and potato hash served with a grain Dijon spicy sauce (paired with 2007 Sanford La Rinconada SRH Chardonnay)
  • Ghiveci Ciobanesc: Beef & lamb stew layered casserole of carrots, onion, hominy, and peas in a homemade gravy topped with sharp cheese mashed potatoes. (paired with 2013 Ruta 22 Malbec Mendoza Argentina)
  • Irish Cream Cheesecake: Irish Cream liquor and mini chocolate chips (paired with Ryan’s Irish Cream Liqueur)
