The national chain’s first East Valley location had occupied the upstairs space on the southeast corner of Mill and Fifth Street since 1995.
There are six Hooter’s remaining in the Valley: One in east Mesa, one in Scottsdale, and four in Phoenix.
Hooter’s plans to open a new location at Christown Spectrum Mall in Phoenix late this year.
