The monthly dinners, which start at 6:30p.m., feature three new dishes from the creative kitchen crew paired with three wines selected by the knowledgable waitstaff.

May 19 “3rd Tuesday” menu:

  • Meridio Polenta (pictured on left): Grilled polenta topped with ratatouille, Romano cheese, avocado hummus, and spicy salsa verde. (paired with 2009 Testarossa Santa Barbara Chardonnay)
  • Chicken Firenze (pictured on right): Chicken breast stuffed with spinach and goat cheese, wrapped in prosciutto de Parma, with porcini mushrooms, corn, Kalamata olives, roasted red onions, tomato sauce, orzo, and grain Dijon mustard apricot sauce. (paired with 2012 Antinori Le Maestrelle Toscana)
  • Flourless Almond Chocolate Cake (paired with 2011 Altos Ibericos Crianza Rioja)
