Zappone’s in-house mixologist will demonstrate making the summer-inspired cocktails during the Wednesday, July 22, dinner:

1st course
• Food: Artichoke & Whipped Ricotta Bruschetta
• Cocktail: Highwest Cocktail
2nd course
• Food: Creamy Burrata, Peaches, & Arugula
• Cocktail: White Peach Daiquiri
3rd course
• Food: Chilled Margarita & Chicken Pasta Salad
• Cocktail: Angelic Spritz
4th course
• Food: Italian Seafood Ceviche
• Cocktail: White Sangria
Dessert
• Food: Raspberry Prosecco Granita

Dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $45 (all inclusive) and can be bought online. Space is limited.
