SanTan Brewing is June’s featured brewery of the month at House of Brews and will provide the beer pairings for a five-course beer dinner next Thursday, June 25:
- Oysters on a half shell, paired with SunSpot Gold
- Elk tenderloin, paired with Devil’s Ale
- Hamachi, paired with MoonJuice IPA
- Venison, paired with VIP (Velvet Imperial Pale)
- Coconut cheesecake, paired with Mr. Pineapple
