The monthly dinners, which start at 6:30 p.m., feature three new dishes from the creative kitchen crew paired with three wines selected by the knowledgable waitstaff at Romeo’s.
June 16 “3rd Tuesday†menu:
- Insalata Emilia (pictured): Shredded kale, pappadew peppers, carrots, green onions, and roasted almonds tossed in a creamy honey Dijon dressing with fresh figs, goat cheese, prosciutto, and balsamic glaze (paired with 2010 Gloria Ferrer Carneros Chardonnay)
- Pork pe Varza: Roasted pork tenderloin, mixed roasted vegetables, parsley red potatoes, braised red cabbage, Asiago bacon dressing, and chimichurri sauce (paired with 2013 Frescobaldi Rémole Toscana)
- Cranberry Mascarpone Chocolate Tart (paired with 2009 Masseria Del Fauno Primitivo)
