Queen Creek Olive Mill to hold weekend Corn Roast

It’s sweet corn season, and the Queen Creek Olive Mill is celebrating with a two-day Corn Roast from 4-9 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Along with its normal menu, the mill’s outdoor bar and grill (dubbed “The Pit”) will be roasting local sweet corn four ways:

  • Classic: EVOO, sea salt, pepper
  • Roasted garlic: Roasted garlic, EVOO, sea salt
  • Chile lime: Mexican lime olive oil, chile olive oil, sea salt
  • Parmesan herb: EVOO, parmesan, fresh-chopped herbs

Activities will include Cornhole, bocce ball, and live music.
