It’s sweet corn season, and the Queen Creek Olive Mill is celebrating with a two-day Corn Roast from 4-9 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
Along with its normal menu, the mill’s outdoor bar and grill (dubbed “The Pit”) will be roasting local sweet corn four ways:
- Classic: EVOO, sea salt, pepper
- Roasted garlic: Roasted garlic, EVOO, sea salt
- Chile lime: Mexican lime olive oil, chile olive oil, sea salt
- Parmesan herb: EVOO, parmesan, fresh-chopped herbs
Activities will include Cornhole, bocce ball, and live music.
