The ground-breaking Delaware brewery is celebrating its 20th anniversary. Friday’s tap list will include:
- Chateau Jiahu: A re-creation of a 9,000-year-old fermented beverage of rice, honey and fruit discovered in China.
- Aprihop: A massively hopped IPA. Dogfish’s most popular seasonal.
- Festina Peche: A Berliner Weisse-style seasonal brewed with peaches.
- 60 Minute IPA: Continuously hopped with more than 60 hop additions over a 60-minute boil.
- Sixty-One Minute IPA: 60 Minute IPA plus one more ingredient (syrah grape must from California)
- 90 Minute IPA: The world’s first “continuously hopped” beer.
- Burton Baton: Oak-aged hybrid of an English-style old ale and an imperial IPA.
- American Beauty: Grateful Dead-inspired imperial pale ale brewed with granola.
- Indian Brown (on Randall): A cross between a Scotch Ale, an IPAÂ and an American Brown, infused with espresso, vanilla & coffee.
The event runs 6-8 p.m. at The Watering Hole, Whole Food Chandler‘s in-store bar.
