On Tuesday, Chef Aaron May opens his newest Over Easy in the Farmer Arts District just west of downtown Tempe.
Located on Farmer Avenue just south of First Street, it’s the fifth Valley location for the breakfast eatery.
Over Easy serves a variety of omelets, pancakes, waffles, and other breakfast entrees.
Specialties include The Wolfpack (eggs, bacon, and cheese between two layers of hash browns, pictured above) and Waffle Dogs (a breakfast version of the corn dog).
The first 100 people in line when doors open at 6:30 a.m. will receive a free breakfast sandwich every month for the rest of 2015.
Anyone in line at 6:30 who doesn’t make the top 100 still will receive a free breakfast sandwich Tuesday.
Over Easy will be open from 6:30 a.m.-2 p.m. daily.
