New restaurants just keep piling up in downtown Gilbert.
Opening today is Snooze, an A.M. eatery, located in the former parking lot between Joyride Taco House and Oregano’s.
The Denver-based chain promotes itself as offering “creative twists on America’s favorite breakfast classics in a casual, friendly and vibrant atmosphere.”
Those include sweet potato pancakes (pictured), a breakfast pot pie, chilaquiles Benedict, and a Green Eggs ‘n Hamwich.

To wash it all down, Snooze has extensive list of seasonal breakfast cocktails, including five types of Bloody Marys.
Snooze is open 6:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. daily.
